- 04Hotels are confirmed at the category booked; a named property may be substituted for one of equal standard.
- 05Sightseeing affected by weather, road closures or monument holidays is rescheduled where possible, and refunded where it is not.
- 06Desert camp tier is confirmed in writing before booking. Nights are cold from December to February; heated tents carry a supplement.
