Booking Policies
- 0125% advance to confirm; balance 15 days before travel.
- 02Cancellation 30+ days before travel: 10% retention. 15–29 days: 50%. Under 15 days: 100%.
- 03Rates are per person on twin sharing and hold for the season quoted, excluding 20 December – 5 January and other peak dates.
- 04Hotels are confirmed at the category booked; a named property may be substituted for one of equal standard.
- 05Sightseeing affected by weather, road closures or monument holidays is rescheduled where possible, and refunded where it is not.
- 06We book hotels below the fort rather than inside it, for the conservation reasons set out on the Jaisalmer destination page.
- 07Desert camp tier is confirmed in writing before booking. Nights approach freezing in December and January; heated tents carry a supplement.
- 08Desert camps do not operate through the peak summer months.
