Booking Policies
- 0125% advance to confirm; balance 15 days before travel.
- 02Cancellation 30+ days before travel: 10% retention. 15–29 days: 50%. Under 15 days: 100%.
- 03Rates are per person on twin sharing and hold for the season quoted, excluding 20 December – 5 January and other peak dates.
- 04Hotels are confirmed at the category booked; a named property may be substituted for one of equal standard.
- 05Sightseeing affected by weather, road closures or monument holidays is rescheduled where possible, and refunded where it is not.
- 06Ranthambore safari seats are allotted by forest department ballot and cannot be guaranteed by zone. A drive cancelled by the department is refunded in full.
- 07Ranthambore is closed to safaris from 1 July to 30 September.
